Privacy Policy

How accounts work: registration and sign-in use the EverEmber game server. It stores your email, display name and a password hash in its Supabase database. Your date of birth is checked during registration and is not sent or saved. There are no analytics, trackers or advertising cookies on this site. The shop and download buttons do not take payments or install a game.

Account and character data are collected when you use those features. Support messages are collected only when you send one. Some details below describe planned features. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer.

What would be collected

  • Account details: display name, email address, and a hashed password.
  • Game data: your characters, skills, items and progress.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, kept for security and abuse prevention.
  • Support messages you choose to send us.
  • Payment records are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Why

To run your account, save your progress, answer your support messages, stop fraud and account theft, and see which parts of the game are breaking. Nothing more.

What would not happen

  • Your email would not be sold or handed to advertisers.
  • Your chat would not be mined to build an advertising profile.
  • No third-party tracking pixels would be embedded in the site.

How long

Account and game data would be kept while the account is open, and deleted within 30 days of you closing it. Security logs would be kept for 90 days. Payment records would be kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You would be able to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to support@everember.com. We would answer within 30 days.

Children

Accounts are for people aged 13 and over. If we learned an account belonged to someone younger, we would close it and delete the data.
